The Site provides information about alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults of legal drinking age. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol at our taproom or events. We card at the door and at the bar, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.

All content on the Site, including the Crusader Brewing name, logo, beer names, text, graphics, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to Crusader Brewing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content or trademarks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Details about events, trivia and darts nights, live music, and venue rentals are provided for information and may change or be canceled without notice. Venue rentals, private events, and Mug Club memberships may be subject to separate terms, fees, deposits, and policies provided at the time of booking or purchase. Those separate terms control where they conflict with these Terms.

We are committed to the responsible service and enjoyment of alcohol. You are responsible for your own conduct and consumption. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation. Crusader Brewing is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of alcohol or from your conduct on or off our premises, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Site may contain links to third party websites and services that we do not control, including social media, ticketing, food vendors, and the organizations we support. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party site.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site, such as hours, events, or beer availability, is always accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crusader Brewing and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crusader Brewing and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
