At Crusader Brewing we believe in the wisdom of tradition. The beers we brew are rooted firmly in the styles that people the world over have enjoyed for hundreds of years but executed with a modern eye for quality and innovation. From utilizing reverse osmosis—ensuring our water is pure and then adjusted for each beer we brew—to using the highest quality malt and hops sourced from around the world, and even to how we pour and serve our beer; great care is invested in delivering you the finest beer possible. The beers we choose to develop are designed to be enjoyed by both the experienced and inexperienced palate and embody the true definition of craft beer. Our taproom captures the essence of pub culture and feel, while our event space seeks to transport you to the Biergarten of Germany. From the moment you walk through the front door to time the last drop of beer is gone from your glass; you are connected with a tradition of quality which precedes us all.
