California Privacy Rights (CPRA)

Last updated August 12, 2026. This notice covers rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Your rights as a California resident

Categories of information we collect

Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address.
Commercial information: Mug Club membership, event bookings, and food truck or private event inquiries.
Internet activity: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device information.

We collect this directly from you when you submit a form or email us, and automatically through standard web server logs and analytics. We use it for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

No sale or sharing, no sensitive information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for behavioral advertising across contexts. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, so there is nothing to limit under the right to limit use of sensitive personal information.

Your rights

Right to know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes.
Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out: opt out of any sale or sharing. We do neither, but the request will always be honored.
Right to non-discrimination: we will never deny service, charge different prices, or reduce Mug Club benefits because you exercised a privacy right.

How to submit a request

Email info@crusaderbrewing.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request", or call (661) 859 6040. We will verify your identity using information already in our records, such as the email address or phone number used to contact us, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Retention

We keep each category of personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete it.
