As its name implies, this beer was pieced together using excess malts and hops from our inventory by our Master Brewer to create one of the most drinkable brews in Bakersfield this summer. Brewed as a traditional German Pilsner using imported malt and hops, this crisp lager was given a heaping dose of Saaz and Tettnang a theend of the process to create a hoppy, but not bitter or overpowering, German Pilsner perfect for the summer heat.

Tasting Notes: light biscuit and grassy malt notes; crisp, light lagered body; spicy, floral, and fruity hop flavor.
